       1. Participating employees: All current employees in 2020.

       2. Physical examination items: see attachment for details

       3. Physical examination hospital and date:

　    Jin Gao Middle School and Western Integrated Hospital;

       Hospital address: 2nd floor, No. 1115, Jingao Road;

  Physical examination time: 11.01-12.30, Monday to Friday: 8:00-9:00;

  Bring your ID card to the front desk on the second floor to report the company name "Shanghai Glory Ocean Marine Co., Limited." and your name;

  All employees are requested to arrange their own time to go to the examination. They need to have an empty stomach, and the hospital will provide breakfast after the examination.
